It is contribution of the rural voters who elect the government of time and Mahatma Gandhi Ji always laid stress for strengthening of Panchayati Raj system in our country.
Participation of women in Panchayati Raj was ensured by Congress Governments and Rajiv GanhiJi got a Bill passed towards reservation of women in Panchayat local bodies and others. This has resulted in increased participation of women and increased their pride & they too have done their duties efficiently.
She said that our party always stood for and implemented schemes for welfare of villages, farmers, men, women and children. As a result of these efforts country has made progress in all segment of life may it be health, education, employment and other developmental activities.

This helped poor farmers, rural un-employed labour in getting employment in their own areas and migration of labour has reduced, its effects are visible in J&K and Punjab where number of migrant workers have reduced as people are getting employment locally in their own states under MG NREGA. Modi does only JumlaBazi and have not been able to deny success of this scheme.
As a result of the effort of Congress Governments, Today women are contributing in every sphere of life and are capable of doing all type assignments in Civil, Military, Administration, Education etc.
