Poonch, Nov 5: The Poonch Municipal Council has been accused of issuing tenders to favourites without any on-line bid.
Pertinent to mention, before allotting work to any contractor, the department needs to publish and invites the online tenders.
But now works have been started in which the tenders were not filed. The contractors have urged the authorities to probe the irregularity. |
