Jammu, Nov 11: Former bureaucrat Chooni Lal Pandita passed away after brief illness in Jammu on Saturday.He was 80. He is survived by his wife Raj Laxmi Pandita, two sons Dr Raj Kumar,Er Vinod Pandita and one Daughter Sunita Pandita.
Pandita has served various important posts which include SDM Chisul (Ladakh), Hajipeer, Baramulla,AC Leh,DC Kargil, Director,food supplies. He was retired as a Joint Secretary Agrerian reforms JK Government.. |
