| T20 cricket tourney concludes in Bhaderwah | | |  Early Times Report
Bhaderwah, Nov 18: The T-20 cricket tournament organized by forest department Chenab circle at Post Graduate Degree college stadium Bhaderwah concluded today. Forest division Bhaderwah won the tournament by defeating forest division Doda in finals. The winning team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 10000 while the runner up team was rewarded with cash Rs 5000. Thousands of spectators were present during the match to cheer for their team. For his brilliant batting Shafqet Khakan Malik was declared as man of the match while Touqeer Malik was declared best bowler of tournament. PCCF Jammu Suresh Chugh was chief guest on the occasion whereas Chief Conservator Jammu Suresh Bharti was guest of honor CF Chenab circle T B Singh was the special guest on the occasion and DFO Bhaderwah Khalid Metha present vote of thanks .Speaking on this occasion PCCF forest said that for the first time forest department has been organizing such sports events to provide platform to employees for excelling in different fields and to create awareness about advantages of forest. |
