JAMMU, Nov 19: In a petition filed by Kamal Kumar Sharma and Ors challenging the order of Govt 470-FD of 2018 regarding transfer of Area Planning and Perspective planning Division of the planning Development and monitoring department to the finance department.
Justice Dhriaj Singh Thakur of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv Abhinav Sharma with Adv Rajeev Bhushan for the petitioner, issued notice to the State and directed them to file objections.
Justice Dhriaj Singh Thakur after hearing Adv Abhinav Sharma and Adv Rajesh Bhushan ordered that subject to objections and till next date of hearing, operation of the impugned Govt order 470-FD of 2018 dated 6-11-2018 to the extent it pertains to the transfer the Area Planning and Perspective Planning Division of the Planning Development and Monitoring Department to the finance department shall remain stayed. |
