| MNP Displaced Mahila wing J&K highlights pertinent problems of KPs | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 24: An emergent meeting of displaced Mahila wing Manvadhikar National Party J&K State was held at Jagti town today which was organized by Dazy Dhar President of Displaced wing migrants in which Sanjay Dhar, Manvadhikar National Party State President, Vinod Pandita, Chairman Lavish Social and Educational Trust, Jammu, Ashok Koul, Prominent Person of Migrants vishal Jotshi, Pawan Ji, Gurmukh Singh, K. L. Raina and many other party members participated in the meeting as a special invitee to discuss and deliberate upon the pertinent issues being faced by the community living in exile for last more than twenty eight years.
While addressing the assembly Dazy Dhar highlighted the burning issues like employment avenues for the un employed KP youth, posting of adequate medical staff at 40 bedded hospital jagti to make it full functional to meet emergency needs, supply of drinking water on daily basis in the township not weekly, construction of Yoga centre, and repair and renovation of residential migrant Government Quarters which being in dilapidated conditions . Sanjay Dhar while addressing the assembly assured them that a Memorandum in this! regard would be given to HE Governor J&K shortly as he is planning to meet HE. HE appealed Governor administration to take cognizance of pertinent problems of displaced community and resolve them issues at the earliest in a time bound period as we have pinned great hopes in you.
Vinod Pandita while addressing the audience impressed upon community to get united leaving behind differences and fight for their rights in exile in a democratic way and vigorously. He also urged upon the state administration to appoint a nodal officer of IAS rank to deal with problems of the community .
Others who were present on the accession were Jai Kishori Kaw, Anju Raina, Reena Hakoo, Priya Pandita, Asha Kisroo and Neeta Sadhu. |
