| Bsf school celebrates ncc day | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 24: NCC Day was celebrated in BSF School with fervour and gaiety. It is a matter of great pride and joy that NCC has completed 15 successful years in BSF School. Dr S K Shukla Principal of the school was the chief guest on the occasion. The function started with the Guard of Honour to welcome the Chief Guest. Sunita Grover also presided over the function. ANO Veerji Pandita presented the welcome address and briefed the audience about the achievements of NCC activities during the session. Drill demo, Speech on history of NCC, Rescue Operation, First Aid training, spell-bound song performances and other skills of bravery, patriotism and defence were the part of the programme. These activities infuse a spirit of unity and discipline which is the sole purpose of NCC Day celebration.
Sunita Grover appreciated the cadet's dedication and hard work and encouraged them to groom themselves to become future leaders of the country.
The programme concluded with the presentation of medals and certificates to cadets by the Chief Guest. |
