| Section 144 breached around Sathra counting hall | | |  Early Times Report
POONCH, Nov 24: During the counting of votes in Sathra block for the third phase of panchayat elections, section 144 was not implemented in letter and spirit. A huge crowd was seen around the counting hall which caused inconvenience to the counting staff.
Although there was no security breach yet the people softened by people. The crowd also busted claims of police of providing fool proof security. |
