JAMMU, Nov 25: Excise team of Kote Punnu acting tough against cement smugglers today around 2 AM intercepted cement smugglers traveling in two vehicles bearing Registration No. PB06Q-0876 and JK21-9619, after they tried to evade toll tax.
As per the details available with Early Times, the excise team headed by Inspector Excise toll post Kote Punnu Bilal Kripak under direct supervision of ETO Varinder Pawar nabbed the Tax evader who was later on identified as Jeeta. Taking cognizance of the offence, evader was penalized to the tune of Rs. 35860 which was recovered on the spot. |
