Pak stooges add fuel to fire as Kashmiris continue to die
400 Kashmiris killed in Valley in 2018
11/25/2018 11:45:36 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Nov 25: The so-called Joint Resistance Leadership comprising of Hurriyat hawk Syed Ali Shah Geelani, Hurriyat dove Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and so-called JKLF chief Yasin Malik, has claimed that more than 400 Kashmiris have been killed in the Valley in 2018.
They are beating their chest over the killings and are asking the international community to intervene to end this bloodshed in Kashmir. "It seems that someone needs to tell them that they are the ones who are responsible for the ongoing bloodshed in the Valley. They are the ones who are preaching sedition and separatism and are pushing youth to the wall by asking them to pick up the arms and wage a war against the state," said an analyst.
He said, "Everyone knows it very well that a few hundred armed militants cannot challenge the Indian security forces. If separatists really care about the lives of Kashmiris they should stop showing them the dreams about Azadi and Pakistan. They should tell them that if they pick up guns they would end up losing their lives and would fall like lame ducks."
The analyst said that just within a few days 12 militants have been killed in two encounters in Bijbehara and Shopian. "Everyday militants are falling like lame ducks as security forces have an upper hand. It seems that Pakistan stooges who have been encouraging youth to take up arms seem to have forgotten that during the past 30-years security forces have eliminated thousands of Pak-sponsored militants," the analyst said. "Security forces are well equipped to deal with Pakistan sponsored insurgency and they know it very well that militants have no shelf life."
A Kashmir watcher said, "Separatists have no courage to call spade a spade and tell the younger generation of Kashmiris that gun and violence won't take them anywhere. After every militant is killed they issue big statements and pay tributes to them or at the most visit the bereaved families. They do so to add fuel to the fire. One thing is clear that they get paid for glorifying terror and the terrorists and for pushing towards Kashmir towards destruction."
He said that soon after Governor Satya Pal Malik took over the reins of the state he made it clear that if the gun-wielding militants don't surrender then they would lose their lives as "wiping out 400 odd militants is no big deal for a country like India," the Governor had said.
The Kashmir watcher said that Pakistan stooges should stop "glorifying terror" and appeasing their bosses sitting across the Line of Control. "Instead of seeking the intervention of the international community these people should tell the youth to lay down their arms and choose life over death. But the fact is that they would never do so as this would annoy their bosses and would put them on the hit list of the terrorists. They are least bothered about Kashmiris being killed and graveyards being filled as they know it very well that their relevance is directly linked to violence and killings," he added.
An observer said, "If Kashmiris don't wake up and ask their children to lay down the arms they would end up losing yet another generation. They need to put up a collective effort to prevent Kashmir from turning into another Syria."
