Jammu, Dec 1: SOS International - An Organization for PoK Displaced Persons today organized a Press Conference over Chief Election Commissioner's statements in which he has sought the reply of Government of India, J&K State Government and Chief Electoral Officer about restoration of 8 Legislative Assembly seats out of 24 seats at its Headquarters in Bakshi Nagar, Jammu. While interacting with the media persons, Chairman S. O. S. International Rajiv Chuni along with Prof. J. S. Mangal, Prof. N. N. Sharma, both vice chairmen, V. K. Datta Gen Sec, Tilak Raj Sethi Secretary, Bhai Ram Singh, Gurdev Singh & Narinder Singh Khalsa said that this organization wants to know the stand of various political parties viz. BJP, PDP, NC, Congress and JKNPP over the same. He further said that all the political parties of the State have made huge and tall claims of considering the issues of PoK DPs pertaining to them. "All the parties have never provided the much required healing touch to wounded families of PoK DPs who faced genocide, rape, abduction of women and girls, whose ancestors were brutally killed in Pakistan sponsored tribal attack in the year 1947. BJP whose slogan "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas" seems farce as all the foul deeds of saffron party has come in public domain and it is widely known that only Valley migrants 'Vikas' has taken place so far. |
