| PDD need based casual labourers stage protest | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 6: A massive protest rally was held by casual labourers today under the banner of J&K Power Development Department (PDD) need based casual labors worker unit. The rally commenced from Chief Engineer EM&RE wing Jammu and ended at Civil Secretariat Jammu.
Hundreds of casual labors who had come from across the Jammu division sought slogans in the favor of their genuine demands to release their pending wages and their monthly wages from wage head.
President all J&K need based worker union Akhil Sharma stressed upon the authorities to release pending wages as it has become very difficult to maintain daily requirements of our hoses. He said that we request officials of the Jammu and Kashmir state to look into this matter and solve our long pending problem. |
