| Minibus driver booked for overloading | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Dec 6: Kishtwar Police today book the driver of a minibus for overloading and putting the lives of the passengers at risk.
As per the FIR, the copy of which is available with Early Times, on the bases of complaint filed by District Traffic Inspector Manoj Dhar, the vehicle bearing Registration No. JK17-0210 was checked and found carrying 9 passengers overloaded and being driven rashly by the driver namely Asif Iqbal Son of Mohammad Iqbal Resident of Kishtwar.
As per the complaint, the act of the driver amounts to negligence, and dangerous to human life and therefore requested the Kishtwar police to register an FIR against the guilty driver.
Acting on the complaint filed by DTI Kishtwar, Kishtwar police register FIR No. 306/2018 U/S 279/336 RPC against the accuse driver and accordingly seize the vehicle and started its investigation.
