| It is a deep intrigue of Moulvi Mirwaiz to keep pot boiling through creating eruption and disruption to retain Kashmir in turmoil for his selfish deceptive purpose to attract international community for the sake only to malign India for its gold plated enslaving suppression and human rights violations, besides pushing the innocent people and especially youths in to fire by alluring them all maximum financial and other help in the name of religion, till their Pak-based demand is achieved to grab Kashmir by disintegrate the sovereignty of India. It is his blood game played by him, but the political world powers are fully aware that all his deceitful campaign is misleading and has no ground to justify his claim. He pleaded in his various press statements un-authentically that economic privilege, job allurement could not satisfy to them to them till their demand was not taken in view.
National government is doing a lot for the welfare in all angles i.e. in economic, communication, agriculture, education, but in spite of that he mislead to the people along with youths and provoked in the name of religion by inciting gruesome violence and bloodshed with explanation that problem in Kashmir was not administrative in nature, related to communication, inauguration of tunnels, power projects or jobs but it was a so called dispute directly linked with political status and needed to be solved as per the will and aspirations of these people. His pleading was absolute unhealthy worthless and misleading. He provoked to young generation for terror and unrest to spoil its future. Their schools set on fire and put their future in dark. They encouraged to pickup guns against Security Forces, who provide peace and harmony and protect them, even then they were attacked on its movement resulting us injured and killed and created anarchism to send the message on international level according to their strategy to create barbaric terrorism, instability, defame India for their self-styled cause. They were playing with the blood of the youths by giving allurements to serve their interest, to establish Nizam-e-Mustfa in the State.
Mirwaiz has missed the memory of legal and historical facts for which he pleaded on his own through his concocted and fictional stories.
First he should study minutely about Indian Independence act of 1947, passed by the British Senate and afterwards Lord Mountbatten 3rd June 1947 plan which was relating to its neat and clean possessive sovereignty over India, which clarified for India and new emerging Pakistan.
The future of British Indian States was the 2nd part, which had to be declared by the Crone Representative Viceroy Lord Mountbatten, who declared in the meeting of Chamber of princes of India held on 3rd June 1947, at new Delhi, as well as addressed the people of India also over all India Radio on that day with the announcement that the British India would be independent politically on 15th August 1947 under the plan the British would transfer power to two successor authorities Indian National Congress and the all India Muslim League i.e. the dominion of India and Pakistan would remain with the British Communal wealth British paramount over 559-princelly States in India would not be transferred to the two dominions and consequently would lapse constitutionally. The princely states would be free to join either of the two dominions.
The third option for them becoming independent and not joining either dominion was kept open.
Thereafter consulting leaders of India he made a plan known as `Dickle Bird` plan and submitted Lord Ismay, Chief of the Staff with the plan on 2ndMay 1947,, to London, which was approved by the British cabinet where in the Rulers of 559-Princely Stats would be given option to join either India or new emerging Pakistan or remain independent which was facts and reality of the history. In the circumstances the subjects of 559-States were nowhere to interfere in the decision of the Rulers who were fully competent to accede their states according to their decisions.
After the portion of British India, the movement of the Rulers of the British Indian States was started to accede their States but the Ruler of Jammu and Kashmir submitted a proposal to India and Pakistan for Standstill agreement in view of the current situation. Pak agreed to his proposal, and informed the Ruler accordingly in its return reply and India informed that this proposal had being processed and would be informed in due course.
The Pak governor General M A Jinnah was in hurry for J&K State accession to its country. He side by side under the banner of Muslim League continued has provoking propaganda against India among the tribal people on communal line in the name of religion for starting jihad, resulting in emerging hateful and aggressive situation. On the other side he started coercive measures against the ruler because of he had already guessed during his India wide tour conducted before the partition to know the temper and pulse of the rulers of the country, out of that he had taken in view the accession of J&K State would not be easy to convince the Ruler in Pak favour, therefore before some months of the partition, he under the banner of all India Muslim League had started communal campaign among the people of tribal areas for jihad against Hindus and Sikhs and provoked them to support their cause as proximate with him, resulting in he under Muslim league got their support to use aggressive designs against Hindus to create, unrest, disharmony and committed disruptive activities and killings.
Thus he encircled the State and discontinued its communication system. The imports of the life given essential articles were stopped to suffocate the people. On the other side the people of the tribal areas were misguided deceitfully by playing religious cards to set jihad in motion to support their Muslims who had being killed by Indian forces in Kashmir which deceptive trick penetrated in them. At that moment, trucks, weapons and other supply under Pak command were given to them. They under his guidance crossed the international border by infringing the standstill agreement; started killings, loot and plunder bloodshed sexual assaults and frequent rape. The villages after villages were set on fire, the chaos and calamitous situation was created. The State army was also being killed in that prevailing situation the Ruler became helpless to protect his subjects and the boundaries of his State. Pak rulers headed by Jinnah were in hope that the Ruler would bow according to their terms and conditions.
By looking into chaotic situation, killing his army, subjects, lamenting horrific voices of women for lease of their lives and encroaching upon territory of his state, he had no other to save the honor dignity and prestige of his subjects and his State boundaries. Thus under that unrest accession proposal was submitted to Government of India to protect his Sate from the diabolical raiders and Pak army. Indian government in return reply accepted his proposal with its seal. Thus the State Jammu and Kashmir was acceded observing all procedure of accession. The Indian army after immediate accession flew to State to protect the people and the boundaries of the State and the Pak army started to retreat.
In the meanwhile India submitted a representation to UN Security Council against Pak aggression over Indian Jammu and Kashmir State with the request to get stopped for further killings and bloodshed and vacated its occupied territory encroached upon during aggression. That was taken in view resulting in it declared cease fire, and the territory grabbed by it, was declared status quo under the protection of Pakistan till further order.
Afterwards Pt. Nehru informed to his nation, that they had more power for befitting reply to Pakistan but being their back ground of non violence and to commit use of violence against those with whom they and their forefathers had being lived just in relation of kith and kins therefore his conscience did not allow to kill them, for that the UN Security Council was requested to help them in the matter to stop further bloodshed and to get surrendered his territory. Since then India issued protests representations as well as through resolutions one after other passed by Indian parliament but did not heard and ignored, so much so in the UN Security council also India informed fearlessly to Pakistan to declare first the mode to surrender the Indian State territory grabbed during aggression to restore peace and harmony but it was un-heard.
In the back ground of legal historical and political authenticated facts, which are on record no other issue of the state is lying pending. The political status has been recognized world over, since its accession and its sovereignty on India has been admitted and the Pak was branded an aggressor country by the UN Security Council. The accords one after other were made between Pt. Nehru and Sheikh Abdullah, Indira Gandi and Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Rajiv Gandhi ruling Kashmiri leaders according to their aspirations. To raise more accord by non ruling leaders at the behest of Pak mentors through its valley based Pak Stipendiary lobby members who are not stake holders and representative of the people, after every generation according to their aspiration is not possible.
The gruesome violence, disastrous holocaust and religion based provoking disturbance is created deliberately by generative anti national elements who get enormous terror funds from their despotic rulers sitting cross the border for the eruption of devastation by committing en-masse ruthless bloodshed at the cost of innocent people to the extend to make them as their shield to give the message on international level to support them from the cruel suppression of India and support them for the freedom movement from Indian slavery. It is their strategy first to create unrest instability through upheaval and blood spilling to the level of lawlessness and anarchy, afterwards to put the people in turmoil and standstill violence against India and its security forces to justify their demand to cede from India. Now the world has known about deceptive strategy of their playing a game for their selfish interest to eliminate minorities for their whabism to establish Nizam-e-Mustafa.
In the light of their extreme increasing whabism to the liberal policy of the government, there is now no place for pluralism in the State and the situation has reached to the level of irretrievable, which phase of ceding would liquidate, whatever is still left Kashmiri identity resulting in diminish the secular culture. For that purpose, valley based Pak stipendiary member Mirwaiz appealed to Pakistan Iran and Saudi Arabia to come forward to play their key role to defuse the crisis besetting the Islamic world and help the people come out of it, appeared in the media dated 7th December 2017. He is determined to clean the valley from the minorities for Islamisation with the support of Muslim world. He exerted efforts to vitiate the atmosphere of the State for communalization for calipha government with support of Muslim world. In the light of his unbridle anti national activities he needs befitting reply for future prospects to retain the future identity of the state which was developed by Suif and Saints for peace and harmony to respect the humanity. |
