JAMMU, Dec 20: In a petition filed by bunch of peoples challenging Clause (ii) of Government Order No.919- Edu of 2018 dated 16.11.2018, Justice Sindhu Sharma of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Sr. Adv Sunil Sethi and Advocate Vivek Sharma for the petitioner observed that Contention of the petitioners is that Clause (ii) would not govern their cases since the petitioners' selections has been concluded after adjudication of their claim by this Court.
Court issued notice to the respondents in the main petition as well as the IA, returnable within four weeks. Justice Sindu Sharma further directed, subject to objections and till next date of hearing, Clause (ii) of Government Order No.919-Edu of 2018 dated 16.11.2018 shall not come in the way of consideration of petitioners' claim in issuing the appointment orders, if any. |
