| Challan produced against Revenue officials | | |

Jammu, Dec 20: Challan of Case FIR No. 10/2011 Police Station Vigilance Organization Kashmir against accused public servants namely Rifat Ara, the then Tehsildar Settlement Budgam and Ab. Rashid Shah, the then Mohsib Tehsil Office settlement Budgam was produced before the Court of Special Judge Anti- Corruption Srinagar.
The instant Case was registered following Joint Surprise Check conducted by this bureau into the allegations that Officer/officials had entered into a predesigned criminal conspiracy fraudulently, dishonestly and by abusing their official positions and misappropriated Rs. 12 lac by way of manipulation of records and drawing of allowance bills frequently in favour of employees posted in the Tehsil Office Settlement Budgam.
The investigation of the case was concluded as proved against the accused Public Servants.
The Charge Sheet of the case was produced today before the of Court of Special Judge Anti Corrup-tion Srinagar. |
