| Dr Rucku attends international summer programme | | |  Early Times Report
jammu, Dec 20: Dr. Rucku Gupta attended international summer programme at TEL AVIV University.
Dr Rucku Gupta was selected for an international summer programme on food safety and security held at Tel AVIV university , Israel from 27 June 2018 to 29 July 2018 organised by Manna centre in collaboration with TEL AVIV university. In this programme participants from countries like China, Russia, USA, Vietnam and U.K participated.
It is pertinent to mention here that Dr Rucku Gupta was the only participant who got selected for such a prestigious training in the history of the SKUAST- Jammu. Dr Gupta discussed about the various techniques that can be used for improvement of agriculture and also gave a presentation about the concept of organic farming in India and the different modes through which the maximum yield can be obtained in different climatic conditions. During her visit Dr Rucku Gupta got an opportunity to interact with various professors and scientists who are pioneer in the field of agriculture. Dr Rucku Gupta was amongst the top five scholars who participated in summer course. |
