Jammu, Dec 24: Laudable participants from Rich Harvest School Bari Brahmana took part in the National Urban Games Federation Cup 2018 in Jhajhar, Haryana which was held from 21st to 23rd December.
In Wushu, Lakshya of Class 5th, Varun Singh of Class 3rd and Gourav Singh of class 4th captured Gold medals while displaying awesome stances, kicks, punches, sweeps, balances and throws. 3 silver medals were bagged by Yogesh Singh of class 4th, Rajeshwar Singh of class 6th and Anmol of class 6th. In Skating wonderful speed, balance, strength and power were exhibited by Tushar Bamotra of class 6th, Hitesh Badan of 4th, Saurav Charak of 5th and Aneiket Kotwal of class 6th who walked away with Gold medals. 3 silver were bagged by Harshit Momin of 1st, Kapish Kumar of class 3rd, Smarth Singh of class 3rd and 3 bronze medals were won by Vasudev Sharma of 1st, Nipun Bhagat of 4th, Ayush Sharma of class 4th. In Kho Kho event team of 7 won the much coveted Gold medals (Dhanveer Singh of 8th, Sharandeep Singh of 8th, Kanishak Gupta of 7th, Akshit Mehra of 8th, Aagat Sharma of 8th, Vinayak Gupta of 8th and Keshav Malpotra of 8th). In the indigenous sport- Kabaddi Rich Harvestians won 5 bronze medals (Krishna Sharma, Azad Singh, Lakshya Gupta, Rickey Kundal and Vinayak Gupta). |
