Jammu, Dec 24: Kana Chak police today claimed to have arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest since long from Doda area.
Police spokesman said that today a police party from Kahna Chak police station acting on specific information raided a place at Doda area and arrested one absconder.
Police identified the arrested absconder as Kuldeep Singh of Ghenka, Doda who was involved in case under FIR No. 199/2000 under sections 279, 337 and 304-A of RPC registered at police station of Kahna Chak, Jammu and produced him in the Court of law.
He was evading his arrest since long and the Court has already issue warrant U/S 512 CrPC against the above said absconder.
The arrest was made from district Doda by the team headed by Inspector Gurnam Singh Choudhary-SHO Kahna Chak under the supervision of Sandeep Gupta-SDPO Dumana and Dushyant Sharma-SP Rural, Jammu. |
