RAJOURI, Dec 29: The 5th mega Medical cum Certificate camp under Public Service Guarantee Act, launched by Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Mohd Ajaz Asad for the month of December, was conducted successfully on the 29th of December at village Rehan, Tahsil, Kotranka, by the Block Medical Officer, Kandi Dr. Iqbal Malik under the Supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kotranka Ved Parkash and Dr Sunil Sharma, Chief Medical Officer, Rajouri. The people were made aware of the camp a week before through ASHAs, Anganwadi workers, PRI. a total of 152 certificates including 130 old age certificate for pension and other allied beneficial purposes, 10 labour certificate for fitness, three illness certificates,Six widow pension certificate, three disability certificate were issue on the spot whereas in the medical camp, the doctors examined and treated more than 132 patients having different ailments and provided free medicine and Lab. tests. A team of Doctors Dr, Imran, Dental Surgeon, Dr Deepika, Dr Farooq Tantry, Pharmacists Mushtaq Ahmed Dar, Masood Malik and Sahil, Mohd Ajaz counsellor, Shaida Kosser FMPHW, Abdul Hamid PMA, Ghulam Fatma, Mohd Mukhtar, SW besides other concerned officers took part in the day-long camp. |
