Samba, Dec 30: AHCC thrashed Arjun 11 in Suresh Singh memorial cricket tournament which was held today at Gurasalathia stadium.
The toss was won by Arjun 11 who elected to bat. They made 160 runs in allotted 30 overs.
AHCC chased the target very comfortably and the winner team got cash prize of Rs 51,000 and the runner up got Rs 10,000 and the man of the match got Rs 2000 cash prize.
In the end, the winning trophy was given by the Chief Guest-Deepak Handa (State Secretary PDP). Speacking Deepak Handa appreciated the efforts made by the organizing committee.
He remembered Suresh Singh as he himself was a sports enthusiasts and the other prominent present on the occasion included Dr. Harmesh Singh Salathia, Raman Salathia and other dignitaries.
