Poonch, Jan 7: Labour Department Poonch has been severely criticized for its failure on all fronts. According to the sources, registered labourers are non- professional whereas pure and perfect labourers are not registered. Many poor labourers who are working in Poonch, Madni and other areas have urged upon Governor Satya Pal Malik to constitute an investigating committee to probe the matter as deserving labourers are being ignored for long.
