JAMMU, Feb 20: In a PIL filed by Harcharan Singh owner of Crystal Hotel and Restaurant at Patnitop seeking demolition of the illegal/unauthorized buildings raised in Green Buffer Areas of Patnitop, A Division Bench of State High Court Comprising Justice Rajesh Bindal and Justice Tashi Rabstan granted more time to file affidavit in terms of earlier order.
Earlier, Division Bench directed PDA shall be given assistance by the Police Department, Revenue Department, Town Planning and Forest Department. |
