| Deputation of TNWS calls on VC JDA | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 22: Rajinder P. Kakkar President Trikuta Nagar Welfare Society (TNWS) along with Er. Ashok Kumar Arora pattern TNWS, Vijay Gupta Secretary TNWS and N. K. Bali calls on Vikas Sharma V. C. JDA Jammu. The deputation and submitted the demands of the residents of Trikuta Nagar colony Jammu regarding the notification issued by JDA for free hold rights. Which is incomplete regarding the payment of per Marla and so lengthy process. As, the residents of Trikuta Nagar colony are mostly senior citizen and retired pensioners and it's very deficult to run separate windows for so many formalities.
The delegation of TNWS offered the assistance to JDA for single window system for free hold rights. The delegation also submitted that the residents of housing colony Channi Himant are paying RS. 5000/- per Marla for free hold rights. The delegation request to review the facts and issue new notification with the rates of Par Marla also consider the regulating the additional land which is already in the possasion of adjoining Allotted plots holders at the same rates which has been charged at the time of allotment. The V.C. JDA listen the delegation patiencely and gone through the submitted demands & assured the delegation that after discussing the demands with concerned authorities.he will call the delegation to finalize the details at the earliest. |
