| DPS Udhampur organizes 'Annual Blessing Ceremony' | | |  Early times Report
Udhampur, Feb 22: Delhi Public School, Udhampur today organized its annual blessing ceremony for the students of class XII and X, who are appearing for the board examination, this academic session. A Sarswati Pooja was held in school campus. The students of class XII assembled to celebrate the end of a safely supervised school life and the beginning of a life in the real world. The students along with the teachers prayed for the excellent result and a better future in life. After the Hawan and the Puja, students were given good luck gifts along with their admit cards. The Pro-Vice Chairman of the school Dr. J.C. Gupta addressed the students by stating that "Striving for success without hard work is like trying to harvest where you haven't planted. You are certain to succeed. ALL THE BEST! ."
The Principal of the School, Dr Kunal Anand, while speaking on the occasion wished the students that "Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm". He guided the students to perform to their best capabilities and bring laurels to their parents and school. He briefed the students about believing in themselves and strike for bringing out the best in them. |
