| Absconder in counterfeiting case arrested | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 26: Continuing its drive against absconders evading arrest, the District Police of Jammu achieved another success today with the arrest of an absconder wanted in a counterfeiting case.
Police spokesman said that a police party of Miran Sahib police station arrested the accused identified as Romesh Kumar alias Doctor of Chak Bala, Miran Sahib.
The said accused had been evading arrest in a case under FIR no. 32/2017 under section 489C/ 489D of RPC registered in Miran Sahib police station.
A warrant of arrest under section 512 CrPC had been issued in this case by the Court of the Principal Session Judge, Jammu.
