| Absconder arrested, produced before Court of Law | | | Early Times Report
Ramban, Mar 5:
Ramban police today claimed to have arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest since long.
Police spokesman said that an absconder namely Mohd Younas of Thard Udhampur, who was evading arrest since long, has been apprehended by a team of Chanderkote Police Station.
It's pertinent to mention here that Ramban Police, on the directions of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ramban-Anita Sharma has launched a drive against the criminals and those absconding after committing the crime and this arrest is also part of the same initiative.
The absconder who was wanted in a case under FIR No 33/2017 under section 188 of RPC and 3 PC Act, has been produced before the court of Mobile Magistrate, Batote.
Police team headed by Inspector Abid Hussain Bhukhari-SHO Chanderkote assisted by ASI Balbir Singh made the arrest under the close supervision of Addl SP Ramban- Sanjay Parihar. |
