| Hoshiar Singh alleges JMC, PWD for substandard blacktopping | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 9: Thakur Hoshiar Singh, State President J&K International Human Rights & Anti Crime Organization, and General Secretary J&K accused JMC and PWD of corruption. He said that the tarmac was laid with great fanfare two & half months ago in Durganagar Ward No 64 but after few months the black topping started getting off exposing the poor work done by the PWD. He said many complaints were made but nothing happened against the erring officials. Immediately after the Corporation elections black topping of road was done in Durganagar Ward No 64. The work was done at a great speed. The woks were done by JMC civil works JE Anup Gupta and JE PWD Sunil Razdaan. The people saw them only for a couple of days and it was left to the contractors to oversee the works being done. To begin with it was a known fact that sub standard material was used for laying the roads. |
