Jammu, Mar 9: A total of 284 cases were disposed off during National Lok Adalat held at Udhampur. Moreover, a total of Rs 94,14000 in MACT , Rs.45,600 / in Bank cases and Rs 7,98,967 was realized in criminal compoundable cases.
A National Lok Adalat, organized by District Legal Services Authority, held at District Court Complex Udhampur under the patronage of Justice Gita Mittal Chief Justice High Court of J&K, Patron-in-Chief J&K State Legal Services Authority and under the guidance of Justice Rajesh Bindal , Executive Chairman J&K State Legal Services Authority . Cases related to Bank matters, Recovery suits, Summary challans, Civil ,MACT Criminal compoundable and Matrimonial cases were taken up and were settled amicably through settlement. |
