| Fit Women Fit Nation" Women Health, Fitness workshop organised | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 9: To mark International Women's Day 2019, Nirvana Academy and Dancefit Smiley Zone organized fitness campaign workshop "Fit Women Fit Nation", spreading massage of healthy life through Yoga and Fitness workouts with Smiley Tanuja (Booiaka Trainer Certified ) a fitness enthusiast.
As many as thirty enthusiast young women from all age groups participated in the two hours workshop with a lot of enthusiasm and joy. Smiley Tanuja and her team members Mritunjay and Adesh made participants thrilled and loved to move on music which was more like fun and educative. A Yoga session was also made by Avinash Bhangra. The workshop offered young women fitness fanatics a platform to ignite their fitness fire on the occasion.
Hitesh Badyal Founder Nirvana Academy while speaking on the occasion said that Nirvana Academy has always initiated programmer with a difference and today's workshop is nothing but Seeing the power of music, movement, body control and grace, all packed into one embracing ourselves to feel each of the emotions .
"Fit Women Fit Nation" - Fitness awareness campaign played a large role in educating women on fitness and its role in one's life in the city, said Smiley Tanuja. Certificates were also distributed among the participants. |
