Only stranded vehicles from Jammu to Srinagar allowed on Kashmir highway 3/14/2019 2:53:14 PM Srinagar, Mar 14 : Only stranded vehicles, including those carrying essentials and passengers, were allowed to ply on Thursday on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway, connecting Kashmir valley with the rest of the country.
