| All is not well in DH Poonch | | Patients forced to visit doctor's private clinics | |

Poonch, Mar 17: The District Hospital here, locals said has failed to cater to their needs as the patients are told to visit the private clinic of doctors where they are looted in the name of treatment.
They informed that surgeons are taking around five thousand to ten thousand as fee instead of singe surgery whereas gynecologists take Rs. 2000 to 5000 in the name of `chai' for a normal delivery.
They have appealed to governor Satya Pal Malik to take necessary action against such negligent officials and make DH Poonch system a transparent. |
