 Jammu, Mar 28: NSS Unit of Ramisht College of Education (RCE), Basohli organized an awareness programme on the eve of the International Forest Day on Thursday in the college premises. NSS volunteers of B.Ed course semester-1st and staff members took part in the awareness programme. While expressing their views on this occasion, students threw light on the need and importance of forests and all types of trees for human lives in the world. Students emphasized that trees and forests can make our towns and cities greener, healthier and happier by cooling the air, filtering out harmful pollutants and mitigating the effects of climate change. |
