Theatre artists celebrated the great success of Drama Festival 2019

REASI, Mar 28: To rejoice the great success of Drama Festival-2019, artists and members of Abhinaya Kala Manch Reasi celebrate the event and honour the award winning artists in the Drama Festival.
Abhinaya Kala Manch Reasi continuously last three years received best production award in the District Drama Festival. This year's Drama Festival-2019, organized by J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages was held at Jyotipuram. Abhinaya Kala Manch presented Badal Sircar's Hindi play "Spartacus" and got best production award in Drama Festival along with twelve other awards including best direction award to Shadab Khan, best actor and best set award to Neeraj Kesar, best costume award to Rifat Yasmeen, best lights design award to Aasim Khan, consolation award as best actress was won by Anjali Anand, certificate of merit went to Rohit Kumar, Shubam Sahwani, Arun Verma, Manjeet Singh and Sawan Sangral. Triple "A" Performing Arts Reasi presented Rajnesh Gupta's Hindi play" Kali Dhoop" and got 2nd best production award in drama festival and also got best actress award by Poonam Rani, best music ward won by Raja Aamir Khan and Kamal Chandpuri, consolation award in make-up won by Raja Aamir Khan, Poonam Rani got direction. Deepak Singh got 2nd best actor. Shadab Khan Director Abhinaya Kala Manch spoke on the occasion that five theatre groups from districts Reasi and Udhampur participated in the festival and said that this is not their success but the success of everyone who participated in the drama festival and made it a big successful event.
