National conference is
always adamant on keeping special status of this state intact under Art 370, 35A and the separatist leaders are exploiting the proposed return of Kashmiri Hindus to valley for their ill-designs to spread false and non existent issues including their flimsy arguments nearly similar to their evil act of 2008 to disturb the Baba Amaranth Yatra, now again they chose the same time where NC-PDP and Congress are sharing platform to defend it.
In 2012 at the same time Shankracharya Adhokshanand Tirth had meeting with the separatist leaders in the valley who nearly justified for their anti-national designs as a rightful claim. He took the separatists as religious groomed personalities standing for it. Further he invited these separatist leaders to visit Kumbh ceremonies to put their anti-national theories to the visiting pilgrims of the various states of the Indian Union participating therein. How far this Shankracharya was or is correct or not is to be visualized by the nationalist Indians as he perhaps had not gone through the state history nor worked on the ground fact findings by meeting the state non-valley-Muslims who are the victim of all excesses of the valley fanatic Muslims and political leaders. The Shankracharya had almost endorsed the claim of valley leaders and separatists to political settlement of the valley. Can respected Shankracharya elaborate what the political settlement the valley leaders and separatists demand? The political conflict stands between whom? Is it between the political parties or the Nation and State? If the conflict is between the state and nation is it within Indian constitution? If so then why the state seeks special status to isolate its inhabitants from the entire national community? Is this conflict stands between Kashmiri Muslims and the Nation, if so, the non-Muslims of the valley are correctly asking for the separate land in the valley for themselves as an independent state directly emerged with the Nation?
The Indian personalities visiting the Kashmir valley with least know of the historical and existing ground facts should not make statements on the so-called Kashmir problem. Factually there is chronic problem with the Kashmiri Muslim fanatics and fundamentalists being cashed by the valley centric political leaders. They have nothing with the common Kashmiri Muslim or non-Muslims of the valley. Though the entire nation is victimized by these anti-national elements that have political patronage of the valley centric leaders and Congress led UPA ex-government, controlled by the so called High Command who continues to clinch with the faulty decisions of the Nehru-Gandhi family of the past. The coalition of Congress with National Conference and at times with PDP is flourishing at the cost of entire Nation who's immediate and direct victim are Jammu and Ladakh regions. Some of the prominent leaders of Congress had criticized the directionless policies and political incompetence of Rahul Gandhi seems a smoke of the fire to flame a revolt within this party. How far the High command shall continue to snub such statements or detach the political party from these leader's statements? How long the High command can hide their religion status and telling fake gotras, qualification documents and income the society has right to know? How the rejected Nehru-Gandhi-Vadara family will survive on the faulty acts and still evil thoughts based on fake secular card? Can Manifesto defending Art 35A & 370, cornering Security forces; justify the up-to-date congress follies?
The hard core separatist leader Gilani (Gilan) hag painted another picture of the erection of the colonies to streamline a way to re-settle the migrated Kashmiri Hindus of the valley to justify his anti-national claims for the valley Muslims independence. Though the learned Ex-Chief Minister had strongly condemned Gilani and tried to let Gilani understand his capacity and status in the state. This attempt of Omar Abdullah was appreciable but at the same time his being adamant to keep the special status of the state intact makes eye-brows to rise at the national level. Gilani a non-state subject of this state had supported the Jamaat's dress code release and the same time Mr. Omar defended the Jamaat alleging media to create this dress code issue. Both seem to stand for the Jamaat one supporting and another defending, is it not confusing? What the valley centric leaders are manipulating?
The latest generations of Nehru-Gandhi-Vadara family and Abdullah family have tied themselves with the mindset of Jawaharlal Nehru and Sheikh Abdullah is not only damaging the nation and this state but simultaneously creating thorns for the coming generations by these families. The Nehru policy for the Jammu & Kashmir require drastic change and at the same time the Sheikh Abdullah's policy framed against monarchic system fails in democratic system age, this too need re-costed in the interest of the entire state adjusting with the nation. Keeping state isolated with Art 35A and 370 is criminality with the society and very dangerous for the Kashmiri Muslims who are though very God-fearing lot, loving peaceful harmony are religiously exploited and politically misused for the vested interests of a very few valley centric leaders and separatists. Madam Mahbooba has also crossed moral limits standing for Pakistan and separatists on the same page has crossed the moral lines by threatening entire nation and society using her Muslim card.
Time and again the separatists and the valley based leaders globally claim being very secular, humble hosts to tourists, pilgrims and flexible to adjust with each human society. They are not ashamed while making such statements ignoring the facts that the non-Muslims of the valley are made to exit, none is permitted to live or raise industry in the valley in particular and the state popular governments is also not desirous of industrial development in the Jammu and Ladakh regions barring the non-state subjects to establish it. But they are desirous of all the facilities from the Nation. How materialistically drowned they are?
The Jammuties are liable now to rise for the occasion of reforming society by discarding the narrow vision policies of the Nehru-Gandhi-Vadara and Sheikh revolving around their personal vested interest. Now their siblings are an intelligent lot but confined to those ideologies unfit for the democratic system. The reforming society can show these families the facts and guide to adjust with the changing time of this era. Being human, having vested interest like every other human, require assurance that their adjustment to the present facts shall never detach them from the status they are holding in the present society. Their advisers and the leaders surrounding them must realize that if they let these families adjust in the reforming society shall secure their position too otherwise the day these families are shown the door by the changing society shall not spare them also.
The Jammuties are expressively required to share a common platform to fight for abolishing Art 35 A and Art 370 or for the trifurcation of this state. Both are demanded by some of the national political and regional parties supported by some NGOs too.
The delay in it shall carry problem to the next generation who shall not pardon the present generation for their follies so society must trust that Modi can do impossible to possible setting peace in Kashmir as manifesto ensure. |
