LS Polls: Balnoi villagers protest over basic amenities 4/11/2019 10:52:26 PM Early Times Report MENDHAR, Apr 11: Voters of Balnoi village of Sub Division Mendhar of Poonch district boycotted the Lok Sabha polls for nearly seven hours at two polling booths over lack of basic amenities. The villagers cast their votes after intervention of senior officials from the administration including DC Poonch Rahual Yadav, SDM Mendhar Dr Sahil Jandial and SDPO Mendhar Neeraj Padyar.
