Poonch, Apr 14: Although a little bit daiquiri was witnessed in first phase of 6-Jammu parliamentary constituency but overall performance of the police and election department remained satisfactory.
"Even though some elements tried to disturb peace but the police acted on time to uphold peace," the locals said.
Locals especially JKIM activists have appreciated the Election Department and especially police administration for conducting fair and free elections throughout the constituency.
Meanwhile, some government employees accused administration for not providing facilities to them especially proper transportation, meals but they hope this will not happen in upcoming Assembly Election. |
