Poonch, May 6: The people have demanded probe into alleged loot by three AEEs of PWD in Mandi, Mendhar and Surankote of Poonch district.
They also said that these AEE's scripted many frauds in various works. Under BADP scheme also, many fake withdrawals took place in which few AEE's are involved. Abdul Majid, a local of Mandi said that huge compromising quality of works started and completed and these corrupt PWD Walas earned in several lacs out of the way.
There are similar reports of massive frauds in PWD Rajouri as they alleged that the concerned PWD officials failed to respond to RTIs fearing exposure of their wrong deeds. Demanding vigilance enquiry against PWD Rajouri and Poonch s officials for their corrupt practices, locals appealed to governor administration to transfer all these corrupt AEE's from both the districts of Poonch and Rajouri. |
