Modi Govt creates history by making Pakistan close 'terror-shops' in POK | '12 terror camps closed, funding stopped' | | Early Times Report Jammu, May 18: Even as Pakistan has reportedly closed down some of the terror shops running from in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, the credit for this historic development largely goes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his foreign policy. PM Modi's policy that "talks and terror cannot go together" followed by surgical strikes seems to have served a piece of mind for the enemy country who was otherwise was only backstabbing India after holding symbolic talks from time to time. But now, in a first-ever development, as reported by a section of Pakistani media, the country has finally started getting tamed given the foreign policy as adopted by Modi. The Pakistani media on Saturday reported that Pakistan has sealed offices of twelve Kashmiri militant organizations, which have been operating from Pakistan Administered Kashmir from last 32 years. It was reported that offices of all organizations were affiliated with the United Jihadi Council and have been sealed, while as, the amount of office expenditure in these organizations has also been completely stopped. Observers said if this development is really true, it has been only possible by the policy adopted by Modi in the last five years of rule in the country. While around 400 terrorists were killed in the Balakote airstrike in February this year, Modi had warned Pakistan of more such strikes if the terror camps were not closed down. Pakistani forces had since been apprehending more strikes on the terror camps and had told world media that India may opt for surgical strikes in May. "Balakote played a psychological game on the minds of Pakistan. Pakistan understood that if India can manage airstrikes inside Pakistani territory, it can easily destroy terror camps in the POK, which is actually integral part of India," said an expert on international relations. He said in the last few months Pakistan has been unnerved by the policies adopted by Modi. |
