| Illicit liquor seized at Udhampur, destroyed on spot | | | Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, May 20: Police seized illigal liquor at Village Danhota under the jurisdictiin of PS Panchari.
Based on a specific information, a police team of Police Station Panchari led by Inspector Farooq SHO PS Panchari under the supervision of Himat Singh DySP DAR DPL Udhampur, conducted a raid in the house of Chainnu son of Premu resident of Village Danhota, Panchari and succeeded in recovery of 1.5 litres illicit desi liquor and around 30 litres Lahan from their house. The recovered liquor has been seized and Lahan destroyed on the spot. In this regard, a case FIR No.29/2019 U/S 48 (E) Excise Act stands registered at Police Station Panchari against the said person and investigation is under progress. |
