ABS expresses concern on dengue in Bhour Camp | | | Early Times Report Jammu, May 30: Aadarsh Bhartiya Samaj took serious note with concerns that spread of dengue in the village Bhour Camp (Jammu) is growing with every passing day as no actions were taken by the authorities concerned to prevent the spread of Vector borne disease have been taken. Several cases of Dengue have already been detected in the area. Despite tall claims of department concerned nothing has been done on ground and the same could pose a risk to the residents of this village where even no proper drainage exists and growth of mosquitoes are on rise due to accumulation of water in pits / Nallahas. Therefore, the attention of all concerned including Mayor JMC, Corporator ward No-73, local MLA, MLC and leaders of Political parties is invited for saving life of locals in this area by taking immediate action before the condition worsens. ABS requests the general masses and the people of Bhour Camp in particular to be more vigil, aware against the deadly disease, not to spread / dump the garbage and be careful for accumulation of waste water. ABS requests Advisors to Governor J&K government / concerned department for taking measuring steps and fogging, there is a dire need of spray against the mosquitoes as Dengue and viral diseases are a great threat to the nation and society as well. |
