JAMMU, May 30: Continuing its crackdown against drug menace under Operation Sanjeevani, Police Jammu arrested a drug peddler and recovered charas.
During routine patroling / naka checking at Shuna Chowak, Jourian, a police party of PP Jourian led by IC PP, SI Sudesh Kumar, apprehended one person namely Rajinder Singh, son of Suram Singh, resident of Ward no.04, Khour. On checking, 45.40 gm of charas like substance were recovered from his possession
In this regard, FIR no. 116/2019 under section 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at PS Akhnoor and investigation started.
