Jammu, Aug 12: KC Sports Club today organized veterans' bench press contest.
It was a contest related to overall physical fitness and was adjudged in terms of Bench Press an individual can perform in a single go without a break.
The contest turned out to be quite exciting in view of the closeness of final results. Vishal Khajuria was declared as winner as he lifted 100 Kg while Anil Sharma claimed Second Position as he lifted 92.5 Kg, Susheel Gupta and Pawan Sharma remained third as they lifted 87.5 Kg. |
