Jammu, Aug 28: Police solved a rape case of minor at Basantgarh and arrested the accused involved in the heinous crime.
Reports said that; based on complaint from complainant on August 6, 2019 from one person namely Mohammad Saleem son of Mohammad Farooq resident of Balota Chigla on the abetment of one lady who was also the resident of Chigla Balota Tehsil Ramnagar kidnapped his minor daughter aged16 years with criminal intention and sexually assaulted her for four days.
In this regard, a case FIR no.14/19 under section 363,376, 109 RPC and section 4 POCSO Act was registered at Police Station Basantgarh and investigation started.
Acting swiftly on the complaint, police team of PS Basantgarh apprehended the accused person. Further investigation of case is going on. |
