Jammu, Aug 28: The enforcement wing of Jammu Municipal Corporation conducted anti-encroachment drives in the areas of Jewel, Vinayak Bazar, canal Road to Talab Tillo.
During the drive the team cleared the footpaths and pavements causing traffic congestions and free flow of pedestrians. The team seized 5 no. of rehries plying without licence. During the drive the team also demolished two number of unauthorized khokhas at Toph Sherkhania creating obstructions in free movement of vehicles as well as pedestrians. Besides this the enforcement team also removed unauthorized hoardings/flexes/banners/ kiosk from Shalamar, Dogra hall, Kachhi Chawani & Panjtirthi. |
