JAMMU, Sep 2: One day awareness/demonstration programme was today held at NCC Camp Nagrota, Jammu, which was organized by Civil Defence, Jammu.
During the awareness Camp, the knowledge of First Aid, CPR, Chocking, Emergency methods of rescue, firefighting alongwith demonstration was given to the participants by the Civil Defence Instructors. While speaking on the occasion, Dy. Controller Civil Defence Jammu (Dy.SP), Paramjit Kumar, Chief Warden highlighted the role of Civil Defence and also shares their views regarding the importance of first Aid, Rescue Techniques, Do's and Don'ts during manmade/natural disaster.
