| Red Cross hands over certificates to women | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 13: Red Cross Society members today distributed certificates to the women, who were imparted training by Women Polytechnic College Shiv Nagar Jammu. They were given the training under the centrally sponsored scheme, "Community Polytechnic" in the trade, "Stitching and fashion Designing" at three centres i.e. Jandial, Ranjan and Rabta of Tehsil Bhalwal, Distt. Jammu. Dinesh Gupta advised these women to work dedicatedly and start their joint ventures and provide timely and qualitative service to attract more customers of nearby localities to generate more income. Dinesh Gupta assured that Indian Red Cross Society, will help them to establish their joint venture so that they are able to generate their permanent income and also the objective of Govt. of India for providing training under the above mentioned scheme with the involvement of Polytechnics is achieved. |
