| GDC celebrates 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji | | |  Early Times Report
Billawar, Oct 24: To commemorate the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji a series of functions have been organized in Govt. Degree College Billawar as on 23/10/2019 and 24/10/2019 under the Guidance of worthy principal Prof. (Dr) Jugal Kishore Sharma. A seminar was organized on the topic "Teachings and Preaching's of Guru Nanak Dev Ji" on 23/10/2019. Students participated voluntarily in the seminar. Seminar highlights the teaching of Guru Nanak Dev Ji in a holistic way and its relevance in the present society.
In the series of these events to conclude the program; a movie clip was also shown to students which promote "Teachings and Preaching's of Guru Nanak Dev Ji" by Dr. Arun Sharma. The function was held under the convenership of Cultural committee Prof. Rajni Kumari compeered by the Prof. Jigmet Stobden and vote of thanks was given by Prof. Anil Kumar Verma. |
