| Electricity Magistrate issues fresh notice to SHO PS Domana | | |

JAMMU, Oct 31: The court of Electricity Magistrate today once again issued notice to SHO Domana through SSP Jammu for not filing the updated status report in a criminal complaint titled Mohinder Kour vs Rattan Singh Rana, I/C SHO Domana. As per the details available with Early Times, when the matter came up for hearing, the Counsel for complainant Mohd Irfan drew the attention of the court towards the previous court order dated 4-10-2019 whereby court directed the SHO Domana to file updated status report. Counsel further submitted before court that neither SHO is present nor latest status report has been filed despite service of notice to SHO through SSP Jammu and summon issued through CPO Courts. Counsel vociferously argued that after court issued non-bailable warrant against SHO Domana then lodged FIR dated 15-7-2019 against the accused who is SHO and despite the lapse of more than three months no major headway has been notified with regard to the investigation and the accused SHO who has stolen the firearms of the complainant's deceased husband Jagjit Singh Retd DySP J&K Police.
After considering the submissions of the counsel for the complainant, the court again issued notice to SHO Domana through SSP Jammu to file updated status report with regard to the investigation done after lodging of an FIR and fixed the next date of hearing for 27th of November. |
