JAMMU, Nov 5: Jammu Municipal Corporation Jammu and under the supervision of Joint Commissioner (Administration), the Enforcement staff sealed unauthorized commercial structure being raised by person.
As per details, the Santosh Kour wife of S. Joginder Singh resident of Main Chowk Janipur Opp. SBI Bank Jammu, under section 8 (1) of J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988 as the said structures was constructed unauthorizedly and installed shutters without the permission of Jammu Municipal Corporation and causing nuisance, traffic hazard in the vicinity and much inconvenience to the general public residing in the area who have complained against the same.
The Jammu Municipal Corporation appeals to the General Public to refrain from making illegal constructions and get building plans whether commercial / residential approved from Jammu Municipal Corporation otherwise action as admissible under rules leading to demolition / sealing of the building will be taken. |
